[RFC PROPOSAL] Geode Compatibility with Redis data sharding and cluster changes

Hello All,

This is a proposal to introduce cluster support for the Geode Compatibility with Redis module:

This work is slated for post 1.14 release. This work is also a breaking change to the 1.14 version. Are we going to mark the 1.14 version of Compatibility with Redis as beta or something to indicate it’s not a stable feature and breaking changes are coming?
