getApplicationAttribute() missing from org.apache.velocity.app.Velocity?

I see setApplicationAttribute() in there, but not
getApplicationAttribute(). Before I just call the get method from
RuntimeSingleton, is there a reason it was omitted?

Oversight, i'm sure. I've been meaning to take a look to make sure
the singleton and engine both have all the methods they should. Would
you file a bug in JIRA (maybe with a patch? :) so this isn't
forgotten. I'm a little pre-occupied with other stuff at the
moment...
