[OT] SQL profiler ?

Just saw at the P6Spy homepage that there is a P6Spy based open-source 
tool called SQL profiler that in real time monitors the sql and is doing 
some statistics and gives some optimization hints. Has anybody used this 
already and can give an opinion ? Perhaps it would be worthwile to add a 
howto for using P6Spy and this SQL profiler for users to tune their app 
(mapping, cache etc.) ?
