Docker command '/usr/bin/docker' is too old ( < 17.0).
This error seems appeared since yesterday. Such as
https://github.com/apache/hbase/pull/1727.
And the nightly job meet same error. Such as
https://builds.apache.org/job/HBase%20Nightly/job/branch-2.2/General_20Nightly_20Build_20Report/
What has been updated causing this problem?

The infra eam confirm that the machine is broken and offlined. It should be
fine now.

Checked the two jobs you provide, all the failed taska are on H10.
Should be something wrong with this node.

Seems H10 has the problem and H12 is fine.
