    [#116576425] - Add option to ignore hosts on which SSH test fails to …

    Activate standby operation fails to sync configuration files if any of the host is down. This patch adds a feature to hawq config and uses it in activate standby in case user wants to skip syncing configurations on bad hosts.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq HAWQ-617
