[PR] feat: add optional loadBalancerClass when service type is a loadBalancer [apisix-helm-chart]

pelDev opened a new pull request, #814:

   This is needed in environments were it is necessary to set the loadBalancerClass to something different for the default.
   
   E.g I use this to expose ApiSix through loxi-lb
