[ANNOUNCE] Apache ActiveMQ 5.10.0

The Apache ActiveMQ team is proud to announce the release of Apache
ActiveMQ 5.10.0.

This release addresses over 200 issues and introduces many improvements
particularly in MQTT and AMQP support.
