If a user provides an archive with a META-INF/openejb-cmp-generated-orm.xml file, and the application defined EJB2 CMP beans, a further openejb-cmp-generated-orm.xml file in a duplicate <mapping-file> entry will be added, which can cause issues with (non-OpenJPA) providers.
