[jira] [Created] (CB-1559) IOS6 - FileWriter callbacks not called on ios6

Michal Mocny created CB-1559:
--------------------------------

Summary: IOS6 - FileWriter callbacks not called on ios6
                 Key: CB-1559
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1559
             Project: Apache Cordova
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: iOS
    Affects Versions: 2.1.0
            Reporter: Michal Mocny
            Assignee: Michal Mocny

A while back we fixed FileReader not working on ios6 because there was a new partial implementation provided in the webview. Someone has reported that this is also happening with FileWriter, and I guess I should check any other possible file related api's while I'm at it.

[jira] [Commented] (CB-1559) IOS6 - FileWriter callbacks not called on ios6

Michal Mocny commented on CB-1559:
----------------------------------

I can't seem to repro this report, and out mobile spec tests are passing fine.

Creating a normal ios webview app without cordova and using ios6 remote debugger it seems that apple has provided:
- File
- FileError
- FileList
- FileReader

and they do not seem to provide a requestFilesystem etc. So, I don't see how FileWriter can be broken. I will look into FileError etc later, but for now marking this closed. Please provide sample repro steps if this is incorrect.
