1. Gateway provider clicks 'update request' for an approved gateway.
2. Request opens up with information of the gateway both entered by the gateway provider and scigap admin.
3. Then to go back to the requested gateways list clicks 'Dashboard'
4. Throws an exception: 
Undefined variable: requestedGateways (View: /var/www/portals/scigap/app/views/account/dashboard.blade.php)
5. When gateway provider clicks dashboard simply should take the user to requested gateways/gateway request page
