    Description: 
In order to release Tentacles 0.1 properly we need to have:
* (/) Changelog
* Fill Changeog for 0.1
* Jira releases / changelogs - makes sense only after changelog is populated and old jira tickets are added to the version 0.1
* integration as subpage into creadur.apache.org
* complete/sound maven-site-plugin configuration
* copy over old Tentacles page into generated site - https://creadur.apache.org/tentacles/
