[ANNOUNCE] Apache Pinot 1.1.0 released

Hello Community,

We are pleased to announce that Apache Pinot 1.1.0 is released!

Apache Pinot is a realtime distributed OLAP datastore, designed to answer
OLAP queries with low latency use-cases.
