> In Apache HAWQ, we use hadoopy style hawq management utilities (i.e., hawq start cluster, hawq init cluster) instead of previously ones (i.e., gpstart, gpinitsystem). To reflect this, we need to re-phrase error message for gpcheckhdfs to make it consistent with latest hawq management utilities
