Preparing the release of the osgi compendium

Hi,

as now all dependencies for the compendium have been released,
we are now able to do the first release of the compendium itself.

I think there are no open issues and notice etc. look fine to me.
Is there anything we have to do/change before a release?

If not I would like to prepare the release asap.
