What are Interval, averagingWindow and FreezeSurvivors of AdaptiveLogisticRegression used for?

And are there any rule of thumbs to tune these options?

I don't think that these need tuning for the most part.

Interval and averagingWindow may need tuning with very small input data.
 FreezeSurvivors should almost never be tuned except by somebody working on
the core algorithms.
