Colouring books..
Since no-one objected, I'm about to make the first pass through
the manual pages and apache-site pages and
1. make the background white and the text colours canonical (thanks
again, Marc!)
2. centre the image that's at the top of the screen
The goal is to make them match the new front page appearance.
Now's your chance to stop me; I'll be making a big commit later
to-night ;->.

Yes, I posted a message this weekend, a Netscape 1.1 user had problems because
his browser tried to interpret "white" as "#0000e0" (think "whitE_"), which I
think was totally hilarious, but does suggest we should use "#OOOOOO". "blue"
would probably get rendered as "#000e00".

Are you certain that all clients properly support the text color names:
<BODY BGCOLOR="white" TEXT="black" LINK="blue" VLINK="navy" ALINK="red">
ISTR some only supporting the RGB numerical format, but that could be my
imagination...
