Subscribing to OASIS sca-j mailing list

I sent an e-mail to sca-j-subscribe@lists.oasis-open.org and the mail
bounced back.  Can someone tell me if this is the right e-mail address?

Vamsi,

While the archives of all OASIS technical committee mail lists are 
public, subscription to the mail lists is not (I don't know why this is so).

So to get a subscription to a mail list, you need to join the TC (you 
can do this purely as an Observer), which is described here:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/join.php?wg_abbrev=sca-j

Once you join the TC you are automatically subscribed to its mailing list.
