3.0.33 integration build available + tweaked Jetty plugin

The "Move Implict to Spec" is much more robust and no longer inserts mystery
characters into the target XML.

In keeping with the ease and flexibility of releasing new code outside of
sourceforge, I've also put up a tweaked version the jetty plugin (1.0.8) It
will no longer add build path jars found in WEB-INF/lib to the application
classpath when Jetty is launched. Rather, they will get picked up as jars in
/lib folders should!
