Incorrect store percent used
Values displayed for the Store Percent Usage metric are not correctly scaled
by a factor 100.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue ?

Keep in mind that the store limits don't prevent you from crossing the
threshold, they prevent you from accepting new messages once you've crossed
the threshold. So if you're sending messages that are >= 4% of the memory
store, it's very possible that this was in fact correct behavior (though
not what you were expecting).
