Here are some stats on the OpenWhisk Slack below.

I was talking to some folks during Apache and it looks that there are other
Apache projects looking into different ways on grabbing data/conversations
sending it to an Apache mailing list.

This serves multiple purposes, it provides official archiving/search from
ASF stand point.
Some folks don't use Slack, but want to know what's going over there thru
some email subscription.

It was mention that Apache Slack is looking into doing a weekly or daily
digest of messages from Slack to the mailing list.
Me and Matt R were thinking maybe grabbing only threads from Slack, as
might be analogous to a mailing list thread.

We could create a new mailing list to send all Slack traffic or a portion,
digest is already built in to every mailing list, or send the Slack threads
to dev@ and anyother traffic or smart traffic (noise removed) to a new
slack@ list.

Let me know what you all think

Of course we can implement this with a Slack Bot implemented using
Serverless OpenWhisk :D !!
