Currenlty there are both "admin" and "owner" fields of a volume.  The owner filed has a straight-forward meeting, while it seems no one has a clear explaination what the "admin" field is about. 

So this task is going to deprecate this field unless there is strong evidence that we should keep it. 

BTW,  adminName field is a REQUIRED feild in proto definition.
