WEB-INF/lib

Hi,

Maybe there's a bug in the getJars() method of DefaultCMSetter.java
at line 201. I suspect that the code intends to ensure that the
jars' paths *not* be absolute, but the opposite is the case. Consequence
is that servlets can't be loaded from WEB-INF/lib :->

Here's a possible fix:

        if(f.exists() && f.isDirectory() && !f.isAbsolute()) {
