Jetspeed dependencies
It appears that some of the classes which JetSpeed depends on are no longer
present in the jakarta-turbine cvs tree. I did a quick scan of the various
jakarta-turbine-* cvs trees and was unable to locate them. Am I missing
something?

I think you need to build jetspeed against the 2.1 tree: T_2_1_BRANCH
Head is currently 2.2

I'm shuffling things around, cleaning up the tree completely, starting
work on an API for 2.2 that will be expanded upon and codified with
some discussion among the group and than I will use adapters
where I can to bridge the differences between 2.1 and 2.2. Gump should
build Jetspeed against 2.1 as that's what the release was for. Shooting
for a long term API in 2.2, much like Ant2, so there will be some
heaving and Jetspeed will not work against HEAD.
