(was: Regarding points 1 and 2, I would just change the test and let it reflect the current state of things. Point 3 is a little bit subtle, as the {{start()}} and {{startAndWait()}} methods are not immediately understandable. I will have to dig deeper into it, but IIUC you are sayiing that the synchronous variant is not waiting properly for the server to start. Is this correct?)
