Consider the following:
{code:groovy}
@groovy.transform.CompileStatic
class C {
  void m() {
    { ->
      getResolveStrategy() // and other Closure methods/properties except "owner", "delegate" and "thisObject"
    }()
  }
}
{code}

Trying to access the enclosing closure's metadata results in STC compiler errors.
