Just made an initial commit for the scripts I was working on.
Currently they support retagging the required files as well cloning and building a new cordova.js for each of the projects (example, full & standalone)

Usage: dist <path-to-new-dist-folder>
(there is a variable called REPLACE, if you set it to true the script will just replace the version numbers in the current directory of cordova-wp7, in that case you can just call `dist` with no arguments)

Still need to work on building the dll using the framework. I'll update this when that is done.
