features build and servicemix-utils 1.2.0

Thanks Chris! The next one I'm hitting is:
org.apache.servicemix:servicemix-utils:jar:1.2.0. (There doesn't appear to
be a 1.2.0 utils release, just a 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT.)

This dependency in coming from components-pom:4-SNAPSHOT. This looks
related to the ServiceMix Component
POM 4 release that was rolled back this week (r813849) - the
components-pom on trunk specifies service-utils-version 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT but
the one pulled in to my local repo during the build specified 1.2.0.

Posted by Chris Custine <ch...@gmail.com>.
Looks like the most recent components snapshot deploy from Hudson didn't
finish properly, so you were getting an older version which still listed
1.2.0. I had it deploy the artifacts again and it seems to have fixed it.
