   ### Description
   
   When querying the consumer information of the consume group through the API (admin_query_consume_group_detail), if the client accesses the system from a virtual machine, its real access IP is not very certain. We need to present the IP address where the message comes from to facilitate positioning. Based on this requirement, this method needs to be improved in this issue.
