[ANNOUNCE] Apache Pinot 0.9.1 released

Hello Community,

We are pleased to announce that Apache Pinot 0.9.1 is released!

Apache Pinot is a realtime distributed OLAP datastore, designed to answer
OLAP queries with low latency use-cases.

This is a bug fix release that includes the upgrade to the latest log4j
library, v2.15.0. This is our response to CVE-2021-44228
<https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-44228>.
