See nabble
http://camel.465427.n5.nabble.com/Callback-after-startup-from-org-apache-camel-main-Main-afterStart-tp5730284.html
We should have an interface / or some methods people can override for start | stop events. Or consider just using the event notifier api from Camel. Though it has many events. And people may just an easier way of getting a callback for Camel has started. Camel has stopped etc.
