FM, WM, RM, PGE issues in 0.7

Hey Guys,

I've just been through the ringer trying to get OODT 0.7 patched together,
with its FM issues, RM issues (Ganglia monitor killing RM and it won't
start up),
WM issues (unfinished wengine from OODT-491 etc.) and PGE issues (having
to use
0.3 PGE).

All of these are really bugging me right now. I am committed to fixing them
in 0.7. DARPA XDATA gave me the motivation and also the know how so those
are
on my roadmap in case I don't make the call.
