question about move hadoop from A to B

hi ,all:
        here A ,B means boxes,i have to do hardware upgrade ,so must move
the hadoop from old machine to new machine then turn off the old boxes
and the bussiness can not stop,what i think is add new machine
to cluster ,it's easy for datanode ,but how can i replace the old NN and RM
with new ones?
any one has a good idea??
