no symLogExec?

http://openjena.org/wiki/TDB/Optimizer#Investigating_what_is_going_on
tells me about TDB.symLogExec, but I don't see one of those with the
current released version.

It moved and I forgot to leave a placeholder.

The explain subsystem got moved into ARQ.

Try: ARQ.symLogExec
