fetchmail and headers

I'm using fetchmail to retrieve all my POP mail through POPFile, a 
categorization tool in the form of a POP proxy.  POPFile adds special 
headers to the mail to mark its category.

The problem is, James is dropping these headers. I know they exist when 
the mail comes out of POPFile, but by the time the mail gets to James's 
transport processor, the headers have been dropped (and X-fetched-from 
has replaced them).

How can I tell James to keep these headers?
