bioGroovyLab branch in GroovyLab as startup for a proposed
BioGroovyLab system
Hi all,
I started a BioInformatics related GroovyLab branch,
https://github.com/sterglee/GroovyLab/tree/bioGroovyLab
I'm convinced that GroovyLab combined with BioJava can be a powerful
and easy to use general purpose Bioinformatics tool.
Currently, simply the BioJava toolboxes are accessible by default on the
GroovyLab's
classpath (i.e. at the DefaultToolboxes folder).
A lot of work remains for the BioGroovyLab system to integrate easy to use
functionality for the Bioinformatician and
I ask for cooperation with everyone interested to participate.
Best Regards
Stergios
