I am new to cTakes.  During installation when I run bin\runctakesCVD.bat, I get the following error in the Command Prompt: 
Error occurred during initialization of VM 
Could not reserve enough space for 3145728KB object heap.

I did increase memory but the issue was not resolved.
C:\apache-ctakes-3.2.2\bin is the location of my cTAKES_HOME directory
Please help.
