OJB and JNDI
Hi,
I have just set up OJB to use JNDI in my repository.xml file and on a
page that does a lot of database hits, the load time has gone from 5
seconds to 3 minutes. Is there that much overhead on using JNDI? Is
there a better way to handle this? Am I missing something that would
make this run faster. Any help is appreciated.

My suggestion is:
You can save your javax.naming.Context in a singleton object (or in a
class). Is better than
a lot of new javax.naming.InitialContext (s).
