[jira] [Created] (OPENMEETINGS-1582) Charset error

Yury Dergachev created OPENMEETINGS-1582:
--------------------------------------------

             Summary: Charset error
                 Key: OPENMEETINGS-1582
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENMEETINGS-1582
             Project: Openmeetings
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: HTML5/Calendar
    Affects Versions: 3.2.0
Environment: Windows 8.1, Windows 7, Linux, Android
            Reporter: Yury Dergachev
            Assignee: Maxim Solodovnik
            Priority: Minor
         Attachments: 1.png, 2.png

After you create a calendar event on different operating systems (for example: "Event 1" is created from the OS Windows 7 and "Event 2" is created from OS Windows 8.1) russian charset changes and the text becomes unreadable.
An experimental way found that the error does not depend on the version of the browser. If the version of the browser is the same, but different OS - error occurs. If the same OS and the browser is the same - no error. After creating the calendar events russian charset does not change immediately, but after some time.

(Sorry, my english is very bad)
