[M2] Error getting POM for snapshots plugins

A problem is that some people in oue company have this exception :

[ERROR] BUILD ERROR

 for project com.company.maven.plugins:maven-company-build-plugin


All people use same settings.xml with <pluginRepository< configurated in it. This issue reproduced only on several machine. Repo from thouse machines accessible. So i don`t know what is the problem. Can anyone help me?
