Hi we have a similar problem,
Our configuration is Tomcat 5.5.20 Apache 2.2.3 open ssl compiled and Windows
2003 enterprise edition. The jvm is 1.5.0_10 

The tomcat5.exe proccess cpu usage grows up to 100% into a few days from its start.

It happens using -server java option or whitout it. with tc-native 1.1.10 or
whitout it. on w2k3 with sp1 and sp2


We have the same configuration on several Windows XP and is workng alright
