Thanks for reporting, occasionally it seems there are problems with the 'failing' mode, that is it sends an email on every failed build, no successes.

I have changed the config to mode=change, meaning you should get an email if builds go from pass to fail and from fail to pass, subsequent repeated fails/passes are ignored to keep the mails down.

Let me know if this works.
