   The latest image has been recently updated to use the REST catalog. This requires some slight changes to the docker compose which we've updated [here](https://github.com/tabular-io/docker-spark-iceberg/blob/main/docker-compose.yml) in the repo.
   
   If you want to get back to the old setup that uses a `JDBCCatalog`, you can simply add a tag to the image name in your current docker compose setup: `tabulario/spark-iceberg:3.3.0_0.14.1`.
