Andi Huber resolved ISIS-3126.
------------------------------
Resolution: Resolved
Solution is to keep track of PreDirty events on a per entity basis and prevent nested event propagation. Was able to store that information required with our custom DN StateManager implementation as used for Isis.

> Can be reproduced when updating an already persisted entity, that extends one of OnUpdatedBy or OnUpdatedAt.
> Did not surface with regression-test org.apache.isis.testdomain.timestamping.jdo.JdoTimestampingTest because, it did not test a persisted entity only a transient one.
