AWT renderer won't render the contents of the fo:flow element. Contents of the
fo:static-content element is rendered as expected.
This bug is present in 1.1rc1 as well as for nightly build d.d. 20120927.

I have had a quick look into why the -awt is no longer rendering and have
traced it back to a commit rrelating to Bugzilla 49754. This can be found here:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=1311120. Unfortunately, I
am not able to look at it further at the moment due to other priorities, but
the above should narrow it down in case anyone else wants to take a look in the
meantime. Should noone else do so, I will probably be able to take a closer
look next week.

Patch to fix awt viewer not displaying documents correctly.
The problem was related to missing spans in the mainReference of the cloned
BodyRegion object. This is now being copied manually and it seems to be working
fine.
