Build fails because of broken dependency
Hi all,
when building on a fresh repository the build fails
because it cannot download this dependency:
[INFO] --- docbkx-maven-plugin:2.0.11:generate-html (html) @
uima-docbook-overview-and-setup ---
Downloading:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/net/sf/docbook/docbook-xsl/1.75.2/docbook-xsl-1.75.2-ns-resources.zip
2650 KB
It always stops after 2650KB and then hangs, I tried to download it with
my browser,
but there it hangs after 96% and does not make any more progress.
Waiting for a couple
of minutes doesn't help either.
What can we do to fix this?
