mirrors.igsobe.com downtime - 48 hours

Our mirror will be down for approximately 48 hours due to the upgrade to a
new dual CPU machine.

I apologize, the new machine will be up at the same hostname and URL, so
there should be no changes needed to the list, I just wanted to make
everyone aware.
