Having Problem in Running red5-debug.bat (Image attached)

I am trying to run red5-debug.bat using command line as directed in document of Apache OpenMeetings named as "Installing OM2.x on Windows 7". But unable to run the script properly. I am seeing the window (attached with mail). Please help me about it to run the script successfully. Thanks in advance.

Do you have java installed in that location btw? And confirmed the env
