> Retained Evaluators is one of the oldest examples in the code base and has accumulated quite some cruft. Initially, the plan was to clean it up (see [#928|https://github.com/Microsoft-CISL/REEF/issues/928]). Now that we have the task scheduler, the better option might be to retire it altogether. To do so, we should:
