incorrect docs

In http://localhost:8080/cocoon/documents/tutorial.html the tutorial 
assumes that an xsl is available in the stysheets directory.
The tutor assumes a sitemap entry of:
<map:match pattern="**.html">
   <map:generate src="docs/{1}.xml"/>
   <map:transform src="stylesheets/ipms.xsl"/>
   <map:serialize/>
</map:match>
The ipms stylesheet can't be found anywhere, nor is it described in the 
tutor.  I don't have a problem creating this stylesheet, but I guess not 
everybody wants or likes to do this.
Can anybody add this file to the repository to make the docs more complete?
