Create an error report from a pipeline

Hi,

I'd like to know how to create an error report from a pipeline.
This pipeline should make several tasks that send information (errors, etc 
...) that I want to dispaly to the users.

Then, when the users accept th report, I'd like to obtain the flow that I 
have manipulated.

What is the best way to do that ? Actions, flowscript, ...
